Terms of Business

1. Cancellations - If in need to cancel please give 24 hours notice. A charge will apply.
2. Pamper Days - A deposit of 50% will be required for all pamper days.
3. Lateness - In the event of lateness it may be necessary to cancel the appointment.
4. Mobile Phones - Please turn mobile phones off or place on silence
when in the salon, we are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
5. Vouchers - Can be purchased in salon, over the telephone and or by e-mail. Vouchers can be purchased for an amount or treatment and must be reclaimed within 6 months of purchase no exceptions.
6. Complaints - If for any reason you are not happy with your experience at Elizabeth Beauty please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
